Jacob Diaz, a Licensed Sales Agent and Operations Director to Jen Henry has over a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate in the Austin and West Palm Beach markets. Jacob conducts property tours, open houses, and coordinates all details to ensure a seamless client experience. Jacob is an active Buyer's Agent and is the Team Leasing Lead for both landlords and tenants. He possesses a fierce amount of ambition, determination, and passion for real estate, which he gives to every client to ensure they receive the absolute best representation. 
 
Jacob takes pride in getting to know each client to make sure their needs and expectations are fully met down to every detail. He is well-versed in all aspects of the selling, buying, and leasing sides of real estate and is an integral part of the team’s success. 
 
In his spare time, you can find Jacob at a local dog park or hiking on one of our city’s beautiful green belts with his sweet dogs. He also loves hitting up live music venues or trying some of Austin’s delicious dining options all over the city.
 
Jacob enjoys feeling connected with local communities and donates a portion of every commission earned to support locals in need, as does the rest of the team. For the past 15 years, Jacob has been an avid participant in Habitat for Humanity.
