Jen Henry has been an Austinite for 30 years and an avid real estate investor in Austin for over 26 years. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accountancy. Jen started her career as a CPA and transitioned into a successful career as a Regional Financing Manager at Apple. Eventually, she followed her true passion for real estate and began selling luxury custom homes for various builders before focusing on client representation. She brings over 20 years' experience with a wealth of knowledge of construction, intimate familiarity with Austin and its lovely pocket neighborhoods, and approaches every client's journey with an investment mindset.

Bryan Swafford

A Texas native, Bryan Swafford has been involved in buying, selling, and developing real estate since acquiring his first property in 1996. Owning multiple properties in Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth, Fredericksburg, and San Angelo, Bryan knows the intricacies of buying and selling real estate.

Bryan's 20-year career in the Automotive business taught him the value of building strong, lasting relationships, the art of negotiating, and the power of a firm handshake. Bryan firmly believes that his many years of negotiating, and property development experience gives his clients a distinct advantage when going through the sales process.

Michelle Cherry, Broker Associate and Transaction Coordinator, has been licensed since 2000. Over the years, she’s been a high producing agent with several companies, helped build a nationally recognized luxury real estate franchise in Austin, even ventured on her own for several years before finally landing at Compass. As a native Texan and Austinite, Michelle, her husband Gary, their two daughters, their 4 dogs, and her extended family have grown to appreciate all the wonderful things Central Texas has to offer. Michelle is an avid health nut and enjoys anything outdoors. She is committed to her community and continues to donate and volunteer monthly with her family.

Listing Coordinator


A proud Austin native, Christy brings more than 30 years of local knowledge and over a decade of professional real estate experience to every client she serves. She's developed expertise in coordinating every aspect of the listing process, including MLS management, marketing timelines, compliance, vendor coordination, photography scheduling, and transaction support.

Outside of work, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their children, Megan, Matt, and Jameson. She loves traveling, spending time on the lake, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
