Not only did she show me houses in the neighborhood that were of interest to me but once we had made a choice, she had her people available to check on some of the potential problems she noticed. The roof was one such item. She also had arranged for a property inspector right away so that we could move forward with the transaction. With her negotiating skills, she was able to create a favorable outcome on a number of items. We had a fairly short escrow and are now well on our way and ready to move into our new home. I was a Realtor® for many years in another state so I am well aware of the many challenges a Real Estate agent faces during the course of a transaction.
